Use of Your Personal Information
We collect and use personal information to operate and deliver the services you request. This includes account management and billing, recording meetings (where enabled), generating highlights and summaries, and producing transcripts and speaker identification. We also use information from transcripts, recordings, and user-provided evaluation inputs to power Evaluation Copilot features such as scorecards, evaluation summaries, evaluation template generation, and a chatbot that helps users interact with transcripts, evaluations, and meeting summaries.Personal Information in Transcribed Content
Company’s services involve transcribing audio conversations which may incidentally contain personal information spoken by users. This incidentally captured information is not collected or used by Company as personal information and is only processed as part of delivering our transcription services.Candidate and Employer Accounts
94Talent offers separate account experiences for candidates and employers. Candidate account data is not visible to employers by default. Candidates may choose to share specific information or artifacts where the product enables such sharing. Employer users can only access candidate-related data they create, upload, or are otherwise authorized to view through the product.AI-Generated Insights and Human Review
Certain features may generate AI-assisted content, including suggested evaluation summaries or reasoning that supports user-provided ratings, voice notes, or text notes using call transcript data. These outputs are intended to assist human review. Because AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information due to missed context, technical errors, or software bugs, customers are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before relying on it for decisions.Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of 94Talent complies with applicable laws and regulations, including requirements related to notice, consent, and the lawful collection and sharing of candidate data or other personal information recorded or uploaded using our services.Sharing Information with Third Parties
Company does not sell, rent, or lease your data to third parties. However, Company shares your personal information with third parties to deliver targeted advertisements, further detailed in the Third-Party Advertising Technologies Section of this Policy. This includes using tracking technologies such as cookies to collect data about your interactions and browsing behavior for advertising purposes. You have the right to direct us to stop sharing your personal information for targeted advertising at any time. To exercise this right, please follow the procedure outlined in the Privacy Rights Section of this Policy. Company may also share personal information and non-personal data with trusted service providers and partners who assist in operating our website, conducting our business, or providing services to you. This includes our website hosting provider, email service provider, form collection services, analytics services, customer support platforms, cloud storage services, artificial intelligence and machine learning service providers for generating content summaries, as well as other third parties who perform services on Company’s behalf, business partners, and affiliates. AI and Transcription Providers.We use AssemblyAI to generate AI transcriptions and related speech analysis. We may also use OpenAI to provide AI-generated summaries, evaluation assistance, and chatbot functionality. When you enable these features, audio, transcripts, evaluation content, or related inputs may be processed by these providers on our behalf. The use of your data by such third parties will be subject to their privacy policies and contractual terms with Company. Company may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (i) comply with legal process served on Company, (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of Company, and/or (iii) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Company, or the public.
Calendar Integration
The Google Calendar integration API is used to retrieve upcoming meeting information and automatically record meetings from the user’s Google Calendar. 94Talent fully complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.Automatically Collected Information
Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Company. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, domain names, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the website, to maintain quality of the website, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Company website.Use of Cookies

You have control over your data and can delete it at any time through the app interface.
